UTERI HEALTH is a digital women’s health platform designed to help individuals better understand, track and navigate conditions affecting pelvic and reproductive health, including endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and menstrual health.

When you join our waitlist we collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

Name
Email address
Whether you are interested in beta testing
Whether you currently live in the United Kingdom
Confirmation that you have provided consent
Date and time of your registration

We do not currently collect medical information, health records or symptom data through this waitlist.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Contact you about UTERI HEALTH updates.
Invite selected users to beta testing.
Understand where prospective users are located.
Improve our future services.

We will not sell your personal information.

4. Our Legal Basis

Under UK GDPR we process your information because you have provided your consent by joining the waitlist and we have a legitimate interest in managing our waitlist and preparing for the launch of our services.

Waitlist information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure located within the United Kingdom through our database provider.

Access is restricted to authorised members of the UTERI HEALTH team.

Although no internet service can be completely secure, we continually review our security practices.

The current waitlist collects only limited contact information.

Reading this Privacy Notice or accepting account terms is not explicit consent to process health data. Before special-category health data is collected, UTERI HEALTH will establish separate, specific explicit consent or another approved UK GDPR Article 9 condition.
